Online credit card payments are handled by
my agent, www.Kagi.com, based in California, USA All major credit cards accepted worldwide. Payment description "info.kagi.com" will appear on your credit card statement

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email receipt from Kagi
(usually within a few hours) with the subject heading "Thanks For Your Purchase" containing an encrypted link to download the zip file
located in the email receipt itself

The system only allows 2 download attempts per product within 2 days from
date of purchase. *It shall be the customer's responsibility to back up
any zip file purchased on disk or CDs*. As a gesture of goodwill from Cute Colors, should you lose the file(s) due to
computer crash, just send me an email. I will certainly try my best to help
send you the file(s) - subject to verification of proof of purchase. Please note that this service is not lifetime guaranteed and subject to cease without notice

If you have purchased the Package Deal CD, there will not be any download link in the email receipt from Kagi as all the graphics will be sent to you on the CD. Upon receipt of your payment confirmation from Kagi, I will send you an email to reconfirm your shipping address (to ensure there is no typo error on the address entered during the payment process). Once the address is reconfirmed by you, I will airmail the CD on the next working day.

If you encounter any problem with the download or do not receive a
confirmation email from Kagi for more than 24 hours after your credit card payment,
please contact me directly so that I can look into the matter as soon as possible
Possible causes for non receipt of download links are:
- wrong email address entered during purchase (typo error)
- Kagi's email mistakenly filtered/deleted as spams by your Internet Service Provider's email server
- Kagi's email mistakenly moved to your junk mail folder
